SacralFlow Chiropractic Studio & Spa is a place where bodies can breathe, move, unwind, and heal. Our gentle, hands-on chiropractic care is designed not only to ease pain quickly when you need relief, but to support your long-term wellness and the natural intelligence of your nervous system. We take a holistic approach, honoring the deep connections between spinal health, menstrual cycles, digestion, creativity, and vitality. Whether you come to us in acute pain and needing a safe, drug-free solution, or you are ready to commit to long-term care and transformation, we walk with you in reverence for your body’s wisdom. Located in TK’emlúps (Kamloops, B.C.) on unceded Secwépemc territory, we are grateful to serve families with a special focus on women of every ethnicity, culture, body size, and ability. We intend to offer a sanctuary where you can reconnect with strength, flow, and possibility.

Sheanna James

Dr. Sheanna B. James is a Webster-Certified chiropractor and is a certified Level II Arvigo® Traditional Mayan Abdominal Massage Practitioner serving Kamloops, B.C., with specialized training in pregnancy care and pelvic health. A second-generation graduate of Palmer College, she focuses on gentle, low-force techniques to support women’s neurological and musculoskeletal health.

Vanessa Woulfe

Vanessa A. Woulfe (MFA, SEPq) is a somatic, trauma-informed facilitator, mother, and dancer. A former contemporary choreographer, performer, and professor at York University, she now focuses on healing and embodiment work. Certified in Somatic Trauma Therapy, Vanessa is currently completing her training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (2027). At SacralFlow, Vanessa offers 1:1 somatic therapy sessions and studio classes to support healing through the body.

Emma Johannesson

Emma Johannesson is a gifted massage therapist with over seven years of experience. Emma is a certified Level III Arvigo® Practitioner, specializing in Arvigo® Traditional Maya Abdominal Therapy and Tul’ix Indigenous Arts. Her work gently supports the body’s natural healing intelligence, with a focus on digestive wellness, reproductive balance, pelvic floor vitality, and sacral alignment. Emma brings deep reverence for ancestral healing traditions and a grounded, intuitive presence to
each session.
