Dr. Sheanna is a Doctor of Chiropractic serving women and families in Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc and the areas surrounding Kamloops, B.C. She is a second generation graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and focuses on gentle, low force and tonal (energetic) techniques to support neurological regulation and musculoskeletal health.

Dr. Sheanna has a special interest in helping menstruating individuals who experience painful periods, pelvic dysfunction (including tailbone pain and pelvic organ prolapse), the menopause transition, and vertigo. She founded SacralFlow Chiropractic Studio & Spa to provide solutions and services for the many pelvic and abdominal concerns she encountered in daily practice all within a discrete, nurturing, and supportive environment. At SacralFlow, she is curating offerings that address digestive and reproductive health through a holistic, multidisciplinary approach.

Dr. Sheanna is Webster Certified by the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association). This specialized certification means she has advanced training in the Webster Technique a gentle chiropractic method designed to support balance in the pelvis and nervous system during pregnancy. It is especially known for its role in promoting optimal fetal positioning and easing discomfort for expecting mothers.

With this certification, Dr. Sheanna is uniquely equipped to provide safe, effective care tailored to the needs of pregnant individuals helping both parent and baby thrive.

Sam Nielsen

Sam Nielsen, MACP, RCC (she/her) is a trauma informed, EMDR-trained Registered Clinical Counsellor offering in person and hybrid counselling for adults in Kamloops (Tk’emlúps) and surrounding areas. She supports anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, burnout, perimenopause, and personal growth. Grounded in warmth, relationship, and genuine care, Sam integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches to providepersonalized, collaborative care that honours your needs and supports meaningful healing. Emma Johannesson

Emma Johannesson is a gifted massage therapist with over seven years of experience. Emma is a certified Level III Arvigo® Practitioner, specializing in Arvigo® Traditional Maya Abdominal Therapy and Tul’ix Indigenous Arts. Her work gently supports the body’s natural healing intelligence, with a focus on digestive wellness, reproductive balance, pelvic floor vitality, and sacral alignment. Emma brings deep reverence for ancestral healing traditions and a grounded, intuitive presence to
each session.

Spa

SacralFlow offers holistic spa therapies that support pelvic, digestive, and reproductive wellness. Services include Mayan Abdominal Massage—with or without self-care instruction—to realign and nourish internal organs, herbal pelvic steams (individual or in a group setting) for menstrual and womb health, and navel cupping to release stagnation and enhance abdominal flow.

Somatic Therapy

This is a body-based approach to healing that helps release stored tension, trauma, and stress through movement, breath, touch, and awareness. It supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to your body’s wisdom—promoting healing from within.
